Service Scope and Limitations
Gentle Hand Wellness may offer appointment-based nurse concierge services, private-duty nursing, recovery monitoring, wellness observation, instruction reinforcement, authorized care coordination, mobile specimen collection, EKG, point-of-care support, specialty kit collection, and organization or facility services when properly arranged.
Services do not automatically include emergency response, primary medical care, diagnosis, prescribing, independent medication changes, laboratory-result interpretation, replacement of a facility’s required staffing, or routine bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, housekeeping, and other aide-level activities.
Every requested service remains subject to assessment, applicable law and professional scope, staffing, setting requirements, provider orders when needed, written authorization, pricing, travel, and finalized terms.
